First things first, this challenge was designed for those who are eager to lose weight. If you aren't looking to lose weight this challenge isn't for you (we will be adding a bulking challenge in a couple weeks, shoot me a message on the bottom right if you are interested in signing up).

We are incredibly excited to bring this challenge back! The first go around with this last year was a huge success! A lot of people did incredibly well and managed to hit a lot of their goals. This year our whole process has been revamped and I couldn't be more excited to share with you what we've changed about this years challenge. Golfsthetics, as a team, does a lot but if I'm being completely honest this is my favorite thing that we do all year. I love being apart of peoples success in hitting their goals, I'll do everything in my power to help you do that this year.

How do I know this is the right program for me?

First, everybody is eligible for this program if you're between the ages 18-55. If you're over the age of 55 we have other options for you, and coaches that can work with you. Just send us a message on the bottom right of the site here and I'll point you in the right direction. If you meet the age criteria the next thing you want to figure out is if you can commit to a diet for 70 days. The reason I made this program longer this year was honestly because of Thanksgiving. During Thanksgiving we allow you to have a two day "break" from the diet and cheat (a little). Diets are supposed to be challenging, but not impossible. In my opinion 70 days is the perfect amount of time to stick with a diet and stay motivated. If you're willing to commit to that we can work with you. We also have a screening process setup this year so everybody's diet and workout regimen will be completely different and personalized depending on your goals, lifestyle, and needs.

Who are the coaches?

Matt, Trevor, and myself (Cody) will be taking the lead on this. We have also brought on several other coaches to help meet the demand for this challenge. We want everyone to have their own coach and get plenty of one on one time with them and the attention they deserve.

How does golf fit into this challenge?

"Improve your game. Improve your life." We not only want your physical health to get better but also your golf game. The way this works is you simply send in videos of your swing and we critique them as we would in an in person lesson. These lessons aren't just swing critique they are full on golf lessons to help improve your swing and take strokes off your game. (Strokes off your game, pounds off your body.... maybe that should be the slogan for this?)

At the end of the day if you love the game of golf and want to get in overall better shape, we will help you and you will improve.. but with any diet you have to want to do it. We will keep you accountable, but you have to be willing to hold up on your end of the diet. This is a challenge, but you're not competing against other people... you're competing against the person you look at in the mirror every morning. I'm looking forward to hopefully starting this journey with you! I wanted to say something like "don't wait to start your New Years resolution, get started now" but that just seemed too cheesy.
