We understand that not everybody has access to a gym. We also understand that some of you are brand new to working out and want to get your body ready before going to the gym. That's we started the weekly challenge! These are intended to be very basic movements, and also enough to help build a foundation before you get started with one of our plans. Some weeks we also include nutrition tips and golf drills! If you have any questions about any of the workouts, send us a message on the bottoms right and corner and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! These are not our fitness plans that our clients receive. If you are interested in signing up for one of those head over to the 'pro shop' and we'll get you started! Keep in mind, these are simply recommendations and by performing these workouts you understand the inherent risk involved and assume liability to injury. After all, we didn't invent these movements.
